The coherence problem

Subscribers move across USSD, apps, agents, self-service portals and call centres. Operators run charging here, provisioning there, credit distribution somewhere else, campaigns on top. When those systems don't speak the same language, subscribers see inconsistent offers, agents lose sales, and marketing can't close the loop.

We exist to close that gap — giving mobile network operators end-to-end control of their subscriber engagement, with hyper-personalised, location- and segment-aware offers delivered consistently wherever the subscriber shows up.

Smart Recharge — the other half of the equation

Most of the industry obsesses over optimising subscriber spend. We think the recharge moment is the more interesting lever — and the one operators have barely started to work. Every top-up is a signal: where the subscriber is, how much they have, what they just did, what they're about to do. A neuro-symbolic approach: AI helps marketing author rules of a complexity no human would write by hand; the rules then execute deterministically and at sub-millisecond speed, with humans approving every change to the live ruleset.
